We were coming over on Saturday 3/2 to pick up a Honda Pilot we were going to purchase. The closer we got to Boone the more snow. We called Dan Halsey and told him that we were going to go back home and pick up our CRV and try to come back (which I was dreading driving back in the snow). Dan said we are full service dealer and we can bring it to you. I was totally surprised. When he ask us where to meet them we suggested one of your dealerships in the Tri-cities. We told him whichever was closer for them to come. We went to the Ford dealership on the Volunteer Parkway. Bill Holman and another gentlemen brought the Pilot over. Your Ford dealership was so kind to clean the outside up again after Bill came over through the snow. We drove the Pilot when we got back to the lot Bill went over everything that the Pilot would do. Then we went inside and completed the paperwork. I would like to say both of these gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend anyone purchasing a Honda to make sure they know to come to Honda of Boone. Both of these two men need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. Thanks to them we had a very good buying experience.
